Need an audit logger

QueueBundle uses AuditLoggerService, which is only available at https://github.com/whiteoctober/GBKLoyaltyApp/tree/develop/app-server/src/WhiteOctober/AuditLoggerBundle. This should be spun out into a separate repo and included by Composer.

(It's only used by ExpireQueueEntriesCommand, not anywhere else, so this isn't quite so pressing.)

I'd be tempted to remove the audit logging, and instead inject a PSR-3-compatible logger (see here for details) that the command can use
