WhiteOctoberCoreTestCase assumes app and AppKernel

It includes this line:

require_once(__DIR__ . "/../../../../app/AppKernel.php");

We can get away with this if we're just including it in projects which are full-stack Symfony, but we should look into how to remove the need for this, whilst still providing access to the Dependency Injection container.
