Implementation using proper queue service, not doctrine

SQL DBs are not really suited to queue services, but it's handy because there is usually an SQL server around for other purposes. This bundle will become useful when you can use the SQL db for dev, but move to a proper queue service like https://www.rabbitmq.com/ for production. Or maybe files on the filesystem etc.
