Feature Request: Show Pagination Controls On Top and Bottom of Grid

Feature Request: Permit configuration of the Grid component to control where the pagination controls live:

• Bottom Only (default / current behavior)
• Top Only
• Both

Any pagination usage should be reflected in all displayed spots simultaneously. E.g. if I change to page 2 using the bottom controls, the top controls should reflect this change.
