Subject: [PATCH] 0.1.5: country count read from the dataset manifest (was
 "14", dataset has 15)

"official registers of N countries" in the npm description, the library
header and the README is now synced from VehiclesDB's manifest.json
(`countries`) by scripts/sync-countries.mjs (zero deps); prepublishOnly runs
it with --check so a stale count can never be published again. Synced: 15
(ar ca de es fi gb ie lu my nl no nz th ua us, release v2026.10.0).
Offline unit test added. No npm publish from this change.
