Is the mod supposed to hand out unique items? I mean, I got the Soulshear glaive BEFORE Drezden (and long before I can issue the Fate of Soulshear decree). And that's just one example - I've got a TON of duplicate unique items in my inventory.
Otherwise, it's an AMAZING mod. Really adds a bit of replayability to the game.
