[Feature request]: page per application that can be shared

Description

On https://plexus.techlore.tech/ it would be nice to have individual pages for each app so it can be shared an display the information collected about that app.

For example https://plexus.techlore.tech/apps?q=too+good could link to https://plexus.techlore.tech/apps?id=com.app.tgtg (the idea would be to use the unique id of an application in the URI).

My usecase would be to communicate with app developers to show them that a number of their users are reporting the application is broken (or not functioning as expected)
