[Feature request]: i18n of the website

Description

The Plexus app is already on Weblate: techlore/Plexus-app#50
However, it is not possible to translate the website itself.

I believe allowing people to translate the website would be very nice as to bring more contributors for those more obscure apps from non-English speaking countries.

Additional context

The same project could be reused, and probably should, being like very very related.

Weblate supports like most stuff out there, so whatever you set up, should probably work
