Unable to craft colored sheet metal

Hello,

I'm unable to craft colored sheet metal. The issue appears for industrial, andesite, and iron sheet metals. I have not tested if the issue appears when using copper sheet metal. When trying to craft from JEI, it states the sheet metal is missing (last screenshot below).

Issue appears on Neoforge createdeco-2.1.3.jar

Steps to Reproduce

1. Craft eight sheet metal made from andesite, iron, or industrial iron.
2. Open a 3x3 crafting grid (crafting table) and place any color dye in the center. Surround the dye with the sheet metal.
3. The crafting results will be blank

This happens in:

• Regular crafting tables
• The player inventory crafting menu
• When using the Create: Dragons Plus bulk coloring system

Expected Behavior:
Eight sheet metal surrounding a dye in a crafting grid should result in eight sheet metal that are dyed.

Actual Behavior:
The dyed sheet metal is not able to be crafted.
