Download workbook as powerpoint

Description

Add functionality to download workbook as a PowerPoint file and PPTXRequestOptions, like ImageRequestOptions and populate_pdf but for pptx files. REST API example:
GET /api/api-version/sites/site-id/workbooks/workbook-id/powerpoint?maxAge=max-age-minutes
