General -- Almost done for hiding #main and #footer, but there should be a little spacing above the input when it exists by itself. Do these references to #main and #footer need to be in the html as anchors, or are these just references?

If they have to be anchors, then they're missing the point. I vote that this is a place where sproutcore is different enough that it can let its freak single-page flag fly.

Running the other todomvc apps, I see that we need to rearrange buttons and labels to be in the footer. (The existing SC app has a header toolbar).

There should be a large Todos label centered at the top, above the input field, so once we have that, the top spacing mentioned in the issue description will not be a problem.
