XCode 10.2.1 - SWIFT_VERSION '3.0' is unsupported

When I follow the instructions in the readme I'm getting:

info error: SWIFT_VERSION '3.0' is unsupported, supported versions are: 4.0, 4.2, 5.0. (in target 'RHDVision')

Then when I open the project in XCode I get an alert saying:

Use Xcode 10.1 to migrate the code to Swift 4.```
