It doesn't /who anymore with the setting [show character info] disabled, but it also doesn't collect or show /who info when the setting is disabled, which I'm pretty sure wasn't the case before. The setting decided whether it would /who the other player automatically, but it showed his info even with it disabled if you did /who manually at some point.
