installation script

utahta's pythonbrew is installed from pypi if we execute installation script.
We must change it to install our pythonbrew from github (or other servers).

I'll start looking into how we can get our version onto pypi instead of the outdated one.

It is best to download pythonbrew from pypi!!
But if we can't upload it to pypi, I think it is OK to upload(donwload) it to GitHub.

Currently, our installation instructions make it download from github (I think it does? Unless only our script is being called from: http://po.st/pybrewinstall and the actual install is happening through PyPi? )

I am assigning myself to check up on this.
