Parser settings don't load, and settings don't get saved

Describe the issue
I'm not entirely sure if this is the same issue or two separate ones

Opening the settings, the parser page is stuck on this:

In addition, trying to apply any other settings, like themes, fonts or font sizes, doesn't take effect, and is undone after restarting the app.
