Strange graphical glitches once notes have to scroll

Describe the issue
When writing a note, everything works fine until the editor has to start scrolling, then extremely strange glitches start to happen - the cursors is moved to odd places, and text is inserted in completely wrong parts of the document

Resizing the window seems to make it worse with the cursor even moving between lines
