Describe the bug
Cannot cancel selection of warship/boat (see steps below)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Build a pier
2. Launch a boat (e.g., select the area right outside of the pier)
3. Click on the boat (boat is now selected)
4. Try to "cancel" selection by right-clicking
5. Shows "context menu" (attack, info, ...) instead
6. We are forced to left-click somewhere on the map
7. Boat now deploys to the selected area

Expected behavior
At step 4, right-clicking should cancel the selection of the boat, just like e.g. right-clicking when the nuke is selected can cancel nuke aiming.
