Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Nations will repeatedly attack the player even if the player is larger resulting in MAD. Very annoying to get a nation to attack you early game and know the game is over because they will just hit you with 20k every 30s significantly stunting your expansion and ending your game. This becomes significantly worse when there are 2+ nations neighboring you and they simultaneously start pushing.
Describe the solution you'd like
Make nations more willing to accept an alliance after attacking a similarly (or even larger!) sized player.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Send alliances to nations? It's lame to be forced to ally every nation who could access you just to avoid instantly losing 50% of your games. You're incentivized to not ally nations so you can take their cities, so you can either play safe and forfeit the ability to conquer nations or just queue into multiple games until you finally don't get targeted and be allowed more rapid expansion.
