IC2をMDB2へ移行

SQLite3が使えるようになったりします。

進捗駄目です。

https://github.com/open774/MDB2_Driver_sqlite3 と組み合わせてsqlite3に対応可能になった。

すでにセットアップ済みのMariaDBで軽く動作確認済み。

ただし、scripts/ic2.php setupがPEAR::DBにこってり依存しているので、実質使用不可能です。
