Add check if parsed data is not for current form

Hi,
I've been trying to cram a few submissions using the Redump Reimagined script while tired & I have made some stupid mistakes (not the script). Is there anyway the project could check d_system and d_media against the current "Add" form and highlight that the wrong form is being used?

Obviously this is only a request and not a fault of the project. :)
