Subject: [PATCH] feat(web): add blog link next to docs in landing header

Blog traffic arrives almost entirely from external links; the landing page
only links to /blog from a footer icon. Show a Blog link beside Docs from the
sm breakpoint up, hidden on mobile like Docs.
