Request to Tag Stable Versions for TSS.CPP

Hi team,

I’ve been using the TSS.CPP stack from this repository and it would be very helpful if you could start tagging versioned releases (e.g., v1.0.0, v2.0, etc.).

This would help consumers of the C++ TPM library to:

• Track updates
• Depend on stable versions
• Integrate better with package managers or CMake external projects

Even a basic tag on current stable commits would be very helpful.
