I tried to integrate it into my code today and even though I enqueued tasks, they were never processed. Looking at the code, it seems that you're running into time zone issues. When you insert data, you use new Date() but when you dequeue, you filter with NOW(). I recommend you switch your dequeue to use new Date() instead of NOW() to resolve this, so there is consistency. Thanks for a very nice library!
PS: I did see the alignTimeZone option, but IMHO it's too intrusive to change the database time zone (I assume that's why you implemented it).
