Subject: [PATCH 1/2] fix(frontend): disambiguate driver scheduling badge icons

PR #70 reused mdi:chart-timeline for the group-exclusive badge,
colliding with its role as the scheduling-constraint indicator.

Reserve mdi:chart-timeline for 'this group contains incompatible
drivers, global-exclusive ones included' and give the Run-One-by-One
setting its own mdi:queue badge. Drop the separate purple global
exclusive badges: Run Alone is an incompatibility with everything, so
the driver badge shows its label inside the merged badge, matching the
inspect modal's existing cell.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] fix(frontend): unify badge colors, add olive accents for
 min-exe-time

Continue the badge-semantic split: return-code whitelist is blue on the
editor card like the group index, argument chips share one neutral gray
palette, and min-exe-time gets its own olive accent on badge and value
pill. Drop duplicate compiler-macro imports that an IDE auto-import
added, which broke vue-tsc.
