A message is shown that they need to attend a member introduction, even though they've already signed the membership contract and have had previous makerspace access periods. They don't currently have an active Accessy connection, which I suspect is the issue, but I'm awaiting further feedback.
They also had a failed payment, followed by a successful payment, for the makerspace access, in case this is relevant.
