Feature Request: Add Libre to list of Background Refresh Type options

With Libre 3 being added to Trio and Loop, allowing them to be used to refresh LoopFollow in the background would be convenient for caregivers, especially as they won't have access to a sharing app from Libre like is possible with Dexcom.

Does an ended L3 keep its radio alive like a G7 does? Happy to try it if I can get my hands on one.
