Postgres 18 & Future?

What's the intention for Postgres going forward?

So far we've relied on the bitnamilegacy images, but they didn't ship one for Postgres 18.
is there another provider we want to try building against?

If there's a docker official image, we'll probably want to switch to that

There is indeed an official postgres docker image.

Unfortunately the bitnami image is a crane flatten so we cannot easily tell what the image did that might be different to the official.
