Missing files

The following file is present in the manifest of tutorial 5:

solution/tension-yield.dump

but is missing from the solution folder.

Missing solution/wire-0.dump

• Tutorial 7

Error when running visualize.lmp from the solution folder (after running fracture.lmp) :

ERROR: Dump file does not contain requested snapshot (src/read_dump.cpp:113)

• tutorial 8

I received the following error. Printing png works iin my case.

ERROR: Support for writing images in JPEG format not included (src/GRAPHICS/dump_image.cpp:178)

• tutorial 14

Missing solution/final.dump file.

• tutorial 17

Missing solution/anneal.dump file.

@akohlmey When a single file is missing, the entire download fails, even when the file is secondary (like a dump, or a jpg). Could we allow the existing files to be downloaded regardless of the missing file, and show the user a warning instead ?

The warning could even suggest to the user to create an issue here https://github.com/lammpstutorials/matsci-tutorials-inputs.

@simongravelle Updated binaries that should handle this more gracefully are now in https://download.lammps.org/testing/
They also include support for some graphics enhancements from lammps/lammps#5105
