Nothing is written to the text file

The KL works fine but nothing is written to the text file, how can I fix that?

Also how can I shut down the KL manually? Without pressing the X button

Not all the keys are mapped, but to answer ur question about writting in a file after Final output Logic put this:
myfile << outPut;
