Some playlists are extremely long and people might not want to even attempt to queue all of them! I think at minimum an optional parameter to specify "maximum songs" should be added.
A potentially nice addition to this thought would be a "skip songs" parameter.
Use Case
Getting the first 50 songs from a playlist
Getting 25 random songs from a playlist
Getting the next 50 songs from a playlist by specifying "skip songs: 50; maximum songs: 50"
