Hi, there isn’t a documented “reset all” operation that's equivalent to restarting Isaac Sim. And, as you've noted, reloading a USD scene doesn’t necessarily reset Python or extension state. If your workflow uses the World API, then you can try world.reset() to reset simulation objects, or World.clear_instance() to clear the World instance and its associated callbacks. Neither resets the entire application. Could you share your Isaac Sim version, whether you’re using the GUI, Script Editor, or a standalone script, and a reproduction? Please include the error text and reproduction steps. That will help identify whether a targeted reset is possible or an underlying bug needs investigation. Cheers |

Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
Is there a button or way to reset the memory of isaacsim rather than closing the program and opening it again just to have a clean state of isaacsim?
I have multiple instances where a clean state of isaacsim would resolve a lot of issues that I have experienced (mostly program related). Some issues are recurring every start of simulation so closing and opening isaacsim becomes more of a hassle given how slow it loads. Some issues do not fix itself if I reload the simulation file. My current method to fix them is what I have previously mentioned.
