as-ip-blocks - update 20260824-0138 is missing a lot of IP prefixes

The latest as-ip-blocks update (20260824-0138; commit 0ae5ff1) seems to be missing the entire IPv6 address space, and the remaining IPv4 address space is only a third of the original.

Could you please check if the prefixes were assembled correctly? I have temporarily resolved this on my end (patched my workflows to refer to the last known good commit).

This also affects lens. For example it couldn't find my IPv6 address at all and says isp is IPv4 only which is not true.

An upstream routing data snapshot could not be read in full during one publishing run, so the import
stopped a third of the way through and published with no IPv6 and part of IPv4 missing. asn-info
and as-classifications have been reverted to the previous good state. asn-ip still carries the
incomplete data, in both the repository and the release archive, and is corrected by the next
successful publish once the upstream data can be retrieved intact. country-ip-blocks and
geo-ip-blocks were unaffected, and Lens reflects the corrected data on its next pull.

Integrity and completeness checks have been added so an unreadable snapshot can no longer be
imported silently.
