qat_library_version.h is missing from "make install" and formal packaging (e.g. rpm in RHEL/CentOS)

In header file icp_sal_versions.h which is included in formal installation (either by "make install" or RPM), it includes qat_library_version.h.
So it's assumed that qat_library_version.h should be part of the formal installation as well, but actually it is not.
It's observed with v26.02 and also v26.08.
