HDCP Issue

Our cpu model name is : Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU J3455 @ 1.50GHz
Kernel Version : BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/vmlinuz-5.17.1
hdcp module is also loaded but binary doesnt give ouput and its systemd service is failing. Could you please suggest.

I added the user media:
useradd -d /home/media -m media -s /bin/bash

At the moment I cannot start it with systemctl, but starting it manually works.

# /usr/bin/hdcpd
# ps -ef | grep -i hdcp
root       28334   26247  0 15:16 ?        00:00:00 /usr/bin/hdcpd
root       31671   31638  0 15:42 pts/1    00:00:00 grep --color=auto -i hdcp

Unfortunately for me I still can't stream videos, but maybe this helps you.
