ENV:
cpu: intel(R) Core(TM)i5-8300H
host: ubuntu 22.04
guest: ubuntu 20.04

use libvirt+qemu+virt manager to Manage virtual machines

Error:
when assign vgpu to VM，get the Error in VM:
i915 0000:07:00.0:[drm] failed to map MMIO bar to check for VGT
i915 0000:07:00.0:[drm]ERROR failed to map registers
i915 0000:07:00.0: Device initialization failed(-5)
