        <p><strong>CodeView X does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.</strong></p>
        <p>The app is a local file editor and viewer. All files you open, create, or edit remain exclusively on your device. No data is transferred to servers or shared with third parties.</p>

        <h3>3. File Access</h3>
        <p>The app only accesses files that you explicitly select or create in folders you choose.</p>
        <ul>
          <li><strong>Android</strong><br>The permissions <code>READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE</code>, <code>WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE</code>, and <code>MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE</code> are required to read, save, and manage files.</li>
          <li><strong>iOS</strong><br>Access to the document picker (iCloud Drive, local) may be requested to import and save files.</li>
        </ul>
        <p><strong>Important:</strong> The app does not store file contents on external servers. All operations take place exclusively locally.</p>

        <h3>4. Local Settings</h3>
        <p>The app uses <code>shared_preferences</code> to save your settings (e.g., theme, font size, recently opened files) locally on your device. This data is not read or transmitted.</p>

        <h3>5. Fonts</h3>
        <p>If you select custom fonts, they may be loaded from the internet via <strong>Google Fonts</strong>. In this case, Google's privacy policy applies. The app itself does not store any data about downloaded fonts.</p>

        <h3>6. Document Formats</h3>
        <p>To display PDF, Excel, and Word files, the libraries <strong>Syncfusion Flutter PDF</strong> and <strong>Syncfusion Flutter XLSIO</strong> are used. These process the files exclusively on your device. No file contents are transmitted to Syncfusion servers.</p>

        <h3>7. No Analytics, Advertising, or Tracking</h3>
        <ul>
          <li>No analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking tools are used.</li>
          <li>There are no automated systems for collecting usage behavior.</li>
          <li>No cookies or similar technologies are used.</li>

        <h3>8. Security</h3>
        <p>Since all files and settings are stored exclusively locally, the security of your data is your own responsibility (e.g., through device lock, encryption).</p>

        <p>This privacy policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements. The current version is always available in the repository.</p>
