Subject: [PATCH] fix(docs): close the repository-structure fence on its own
 line

The AsciiDoc->Markdown conversion left the closing fence of the structure
block glued to the tree's last entry, so a literal ``` rendered inside the
block and the fence below it did the closing. The entry line now ends where
the entry ends and the block closes on the fence it already has.

One line moves; no tree content changes.
