Action v3.0.0 supports both the renamed and legacy asset names. When main's copy of the workflow is broken, every PR that fixes it still runs the broken main copy as a required check, so the fix can never land (chicken-and-egg). A local reusable-workflow reference resolves lint-files.yml from the PR's own merge commit instead, keeping CI self-consistent.
