The gtm-session-fetcher dependency is locked to an old version

Describe the bug
The CocoaPods and SwiftPM support have the gtm-session-fetcher version capped at an old version. The library is up to the 5.1.0 release.

Expected behavior
Use of GTMAppAuth shouldn't force block the usage of more current versions of dependencies.
