Create React VSCode Extension Template

Hi :)

I've been working on making a VSCode extension with React, and since there's a few problems to solve I've been looking for a template/boilerplate project as a starting point. I think this is probably the best implementation I've found, so I was wondering if you were interested in reducing this down to a template? I'm working on this myself, as you've solved a few problems that I'd otherwise need to solve (including live compilation support for the React project, that's awesome!) and I think a lot of people would benefit from it.

Is this something you're interested in? It would be best as a separate repo, of course, and I'm happy to help with that (though I think it'd be great if you hosted it since it's mainly based on your work!)
