I thought I had the ability to change the color of the contour lines on the contour plot. I could not find anyway current control to do that now. So I added that to the right click menu of the contour plot. I added the ability to change the thickness and color of those lines.
In addition I added the ability to create a .pdf file of the contour plot at the same size as the mirror. Users can use that as a figuring guide by placing it over the mirror. Changing the color and thickness helped make that print out better for me.
This code is currently part of the live view feature found in the blinkrate branch.
