Subject: [PATCH] fix(deps): upgrade Spring Boot to 4.0.8

Spring Boot 4.0.0 manages Spring Batch 6.0.0, whose
TaskExecutorJobLauncher updates the job execution in a finally block on
the calling thread while the async thread runs updateStatus(STARTED).
The race intermittently fails asynchronous launches with
OptimisticLockingFailureException ("Attempt to update job execution
... with wrong version") before any JobExecutionListener runs.

Boot 4.0.8 manages Spring Batch 6.0.5, where that update only runs when
the task executor rejects the job. Upgrade the host and the shared API.
