Hey Fiverr.
For the past 3+ weeks, whenever anyone tries to open my Fiverr profile on the Fiverr website it shows a Server Error 500 (screenshot attached)
Even though my gigs are live, and I'm receiving messages from new buyers daily, whenever someone clicks on Profile, the website crashes.
Initially, I thought it was a cache issue, so I tried different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox), I even asked old clients (from Germany, Ireland, US, and Canada) to check and the results were the same.
I tried contacting Fiverr Support and they said they have passed the issue to the technical team, it's been 25 days, and for the last 2 weeks, they have not even replied. So I have no option left but to try contacting the developers directly, In my opinion, it should not be as big an issue that took almost a month and is still not resolved.
I request you please take a look into this as soon as possible, as this issue is seriously damaging my profile repetition.
