Subject: [PATCH] Check the Board with Buildx 0.37.1

GitHub's runner image 20261004.327 ships Buildx 0.37.2, which refuses
the Dev Containers CLI's Compose build of its generated Dockerfile
(devcontainers/cli#1320). Every contract run since then has failed
before reaching the checks. The maintainer action at 61980423 installs
Buildx 0.37.1 for the dev-container build, so this moves the check's
pin there. The image-action pins move only with an image publication.
