https://documentation.dataspace.copernicus.eu/APIs/openEO/job_config.html is currently hardcoded documentation of job options, which easily gets out of sync with reality.
With Open-EO/openeo-vue-components#111 there is now a Vue component in https://github.com/Open-EO/openeo-vue-components to visually render the GET /processing_parameters endpoint which dynamically lists available job options (including description, schema, defaults, ...).
It would be an improvement to integrate that in the docs
