Contributing

Thank you for helping improve SSH Reverse Tunnel Manager · Light.

Development setup

python -m venv .venv
.\.venv\Scripts\Activate.ps1
python -m pip install -r requirements-build.txt
python -m unittest discover -s tests -v
python app.py --preview

Pull requests

  • Keep changes focused and describe the user-visible behavior.
  • Add or update tests when behavior changes.
  • Run the full unit-test suite before opening a pull request.
  • Do not commit build output, application configuration, SSH keys, server addresses, usernames, credentials, or screenshots containing private data.
  • Preserve the loopback-only remote listener default.
  • Update the README and changelog when behavior changes.
