Jumping to subclasses opens a new window.

Everytime one tries to jump to a subclass (open declaration for example), a new window is created with the title "MainClass$SubClass", which again contains the complete source code.

That window should not be created.

Moving this to 3.2 to get a version out the door which is supports and is tested on Eclipse Photon and JDK 11.
