neither linux nor windows installs install_gem

unfortunately 'gem install install_theme' yields an error - could you tell us more on the exact requirements of install_theme and maybe about some successful tests?

@Contexter could you please provide what error are you getting?. Because I am able to install the gem but while adding theme to rails app getting warning message

    Your theme has been installed into your app.

And when I checked the app no theme is applied.
