ingest:
- Added the missing log.md entry for the HTDAG loop discipline (PR #13) — the
  log was behind main.
- Filed the checker-round DAG-contract lesson in topics/workflow.md: a
  deterministic readiness rule must classify every persisted status (exclude
  in-progress) and resolve every non-done terminal dep-state (cascade
  dropped/escalated), or nodes strand/re-dispatch silently.

lint:
- Wiki in sync (7/7 topics, no orphans/contradictions), skills-index complete
  (12/12 commands routed + described), workflow diagrams match scripts, log
  under the 500-line rotation threshold.
- Flagged (not fixed): recent entries dated 2026-06-29 while later work merged
  ~07-27/28; left append-only history intact rather than risk corrupting the
  genuine prior-session dates in that cluster.

No CLAUDE.md change (HTDAG rule already present); no new skill.
