Fitting with minimal LMM

Hi 

Thanks for this awesome package. Especially building the model from the maximal is really helpful. 

In the KB.Rmd file, you mentioned introducing the strategy starting with minimal LMM. I just want to know where this section is and really want to know how to build models from minimal.
